This rugged Zerofive 40 meter monoband vertical antenna IS OUR TOP OF THE LINE PREMIUM freestanding high performance vertical antenna. At just over 35 feet in height this vertical you get true full size performance with a low take off angle for Maximum DX performance. The large diameter vertical element means more bandwidth and high wind handling. The multi section element is Built from super strong T-832 Drawn aircraft aluminum. The base tube is CNC machined from 2 1/4 inch 1/4 wall T-6 Extruded aluminum for maximum strength. The super strong 1 3/4 INCH solid black Delrin base insulator ensures continuous legal limit power handling and RF insulation. A super heavy duty foldover mount allows one person raising/lowering of the vertical and is included. THIS VERTICAL ANTENNA WILL COVER THE WHOLE 40 METER BAND WITH A 1.5 TO 1 SWR.
